Clear, fair returns for digital products from Futuro Insights — including the PA-R Study Manual and related purchases.

Digital products (PA-R Study Manual & similar)

30-day satisfaction window. If the manual or digital product is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Access issues. If download links, PDFs, or book pages fail to load, we will restore access or refund — no need to wait out the window.
Duplicate charges. Accidental double purchases are refunded in full once confirmed.
After substantial use. Once you have downloaded or used a large portion of the materials beyond a fair trial, refunds are discretionary and handled case-by-case.

Email or use the Contact form with your order date, email used at checkout, and a short note on what went wrong.
We respond within a few business days with next steps (refund, re-send, or clarification).
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method when the processor allows it.

Requests made solely after an exam sitting when the materials were used as intended (exam outcomes are never guaranteed).
Third-party fees charged by payment processors that are non-recoverable (we refund our product price).
Services already fully delivered (e.g. completed live consulting hours) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
