Those practices are governed by the platform: Rumble, Google / YouTube, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and X. Do not put sensitive personal information in public comments or direct messages.

We may receive limited order details those services share with us (such as the email used at payment and what was purchased) so we can deliver the product and handle returns.

• Chat & model interactions: prompts, responses, content-rating selection (e.g., G/PG/R/NC-17), approximate timestamps, and related status/error metadata.
• Technical logs: IP address, user agent, path/referrer, and similar usage telemetry (including visit logging used to operate and secure the service).
• Document features: PDF or other files you upload for OCR/table extraction are processed to return text/tables. Do not upload content you are not authorized to process.
• Speech & media: text-to-speech requests and generated audio/image/clip artifacts may be stored temporarily or in our logging/storage systems to provide the feature and debug failures.
• Optional model/API partners: some beta media features may send prompts or media references to third-party model APIs (for example video generation via xAI). Avoid submitting sensitive personal data in those prompts.
• Content delivery / widgets: pages may load scripts or fonts from CDNs (e.g., jsDelivr for KaTeX/MathJax). The site does not use a third-party live chat widget.
• Service providers: we may use infrastructure and database providers (for example hosting, object storage, or Supabase/Postgres) as processors to store logs and media. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention is limited to what we need for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and improving reliability. You may request deletion of personal data associated with your use by emailing ExamPATutor@gmail.com.
